Founded in 2015, CJM Search places great engineers at great companies by focusing on creativity, targeted research and top talent. CJM Search recruits for clients that range from early stage start-ups to well-known tech companies, spanning the education, healthcare, blockchain, defense, art, real estate, marketing and big data industries. Some of our clients over the years have included Notion, Squarespace, Compass, Affirm, Palantir Technologies, Anduril Industries, Check, Theorem, Citadel, Cockroach Labs, Vise, Clear Street, Flatiron Health, Headway, Policygenius, Sidewalk Labs, Cityblock Health, etc.

Colleen started CJM Search in September of 2015 after working as a tech recruiter for almost four years at Palantir Technologies, during a period of high growth for the company. She led Palantir's software engineering recruitment in NYC, handling full lifecycle recruiting-- from research and sourcing to offer and close. She also built out Palantir's Site Reliability and DevOps teams in DC, NYC, LA, Palo Alto, London and Abu Dhabi. She holds a B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University and enjoys running, weight lifting, eating gummy candies and spending time with her daughters, son, puppy and husband. Which is why, in 2018, Colleen recruited her husband Bill to join her at CJM Search. Before that Bill did some non-recruiting things. He worked on collateralized loan obligation docs at a law firm, served as a logistics officer in a U.S. Marine Corps Reserves infantry battalion, and worked at an accounting firm. He has an undergrad degree from Georgetown and a law degree from New York University and he enjoys spending time with his kids, dog, and wife.
